Full cycle accounting across several companies at the same time, including entities that sit under a holding structure with inter-company balances that have to reconcile. The group is more than one company. Each entity has its own ledger, its own bank accounts, its own reporting calendar and its own auditors, and several of them sit under a holding company with inter-company transactions moving between them every month. So the question is not whether you can post a journal. It is whether you can carry several sets of books at once, close each one on time, keep the inter-company side clean enough that it eliminates without a fight, and still explain a variance to someone who is not an accountant. What you will doما ستقوم به
  • Keep full sets of books for several companies in parallel, each closed on time on its own calendarإمساك مجموعات دفاتر كاملة لعدة شركات بالتوازي، تُقفل كل منها في موعدها وفق تقويمها الخاص
  • Handle inter-company transactions, balances and eliminations across the entities under the holding structureمعالجة المعاملات والأرصدة والاستبعادات البينية بين الكيانات التابعة للهيكل القابض
  • Prepare consolidated figures and management reports for the groupإعداد الأرقام المجمّعة والتقارير الإدارية للمجموعة
  • Reconcile banks and receivables down to the transaction, with differences explained rather than just notedتسوية الحسابات البنكية والذمم المدينة حتى مستوى المعاملة، مع شرح الفروقات لا مجرد الإشارة إليها
  • Run accounts payable and receivable, supplier payments, staff claims and petty cashإدارة الذمم الدائنة والمدينة، ومدفوعات الموردين، ومطالبات الموظفين، والمصروفات النثرية
  • Month end: accruals, prepayments, depreciation, provisions, and a trial balance that tiesإقفال الشهر: المستحقات، والمصروفات المدفوعة مقدماً، والإهلاك، والمخصصات، وميزان مراجعة متوازن

What we are looking forما نبحث عنه
  • Bachelor degree in accounting or finance. CPA, ACCA, CMA, or part qualified, is a strong advantageبكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية. وشهادة مهنية مثل CPA أو ACCA أو CMA، أو جزء منها، ميزة قوية
  • At least 3 years running real books, and you have closed a month end yourselfخبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إمساك دفاتر فعلية، وسبق أن أقفلت شهراً بنفسك
  • You have carried more than one company at a time, or you can make the case that you couldسبق أن تعاملت مع أكثر من شركة في وقت واحد، أو تستطيع إقناعنا بأنك قادر على ذلك
  • Strong on consolidation and inter-company, not only single entity bookkeepingقوة في التجميع المحاسبي والمعاملات البينية، وليس فقط مسك دفاتر كيان واحد
  • Advanced Excel. Comfortable in an ERP and quick to learn a new oneإتقان متقدم لبرنامج Excel. والارتياح في العمل على أنظمة تخطيط الموارد وسرعة تعلّم نظام جديد
  • Qatar experience with WPS, end of service and local filings is an advantageالخبرة في قطر بنظام حماية الأجور ومكافأة نهاية الخدمة والإقرارات المحلية ميزة إضافية
  • Accurate, and honest about a number you are not sure ofالدقة، والصدق بشأن أي رقم لست متأكداً منه
  • Qatar residency with a transferable visa or an NOCإقامة قطرية قابلة للنقل أو شهادة عدم ممانعة
