Customer service and support, first and foremost. You are the point of contact our clients reach when they need anything, and the point of contact the sales team and the rest of the company come to when they need something moved. You also spend part of your day on the phone finding and qualifying new business for the field team.خدمة العملاء والدعم في المقام الأول. أنت نقطة الاتصال التي يلجأ إليها عملاؤنا عند حاجتهم لأي شيء، ونقطة الاتصال التي يقصدها فريق المبيعات وبقية أقسام الشركة عند حاجتهم لإنجاز أمر ما. كما تقضي جزءاً من يومك على الهاتف في إيجاد وتأهيل أعمال جديدة للفريق الميداني.

We are a licensed payment services provider in Qatar. Businesses use us to take money from their customers: a card machine on the counter, tap to pay on a phone, a payment page on their website, or a payment link sent over WhatsApp. The money is then settled into their bank account. Alongside that we sell wider fintech: self-service kiosks, custom software built for a client, and systems for specific industries. Our customers are ordinary Qatar businesses, from a single cafe or barber shop to restaurant groups, clinics, schools, property companies and online stores.نحن مزود خدمات دفع مرخّص في قطر. تستخدمنا الشركات لتحصيل أموالها من عملائها: جهاز دفع على الكاشير، أو الدفع عبر الهاتف، أو صفحة دفع على موقعها الإلكتروني، أو رابط دفع يُرسل عبر واتساب. ثم تُحوّل الأموال إلى حسابها البنكي. وإلى جانب ذلك نبيع حلولاً مالية تقنية أوسع: أكشاك الخدمة الذاتية، والبرمجيات المخصصة التي تُبنى لعميل بعينه، وأنظمة مخصصة لقطاعات محددة. وعملاؤنا هم الأنشطة التجارية في قطر، من مقهى واحد أو صالون حلاقة إلى مجموعات المطاعم والعيادات والمدارس وشركات العقارات والمتاجر الإلكترونية.

This seat is where all of that comes together. Every client question, every request for help, every problem with a payment or a payout arrives with you first, and you own it until it is fixed. The sales team in the field depends on you for everything they cannot do while they are out, and the rest of the company comes to you for anything client facing. On top of that you make outbound calls to find new business and pass the good ones to the field team. You will speak to more of our clients in a week than anyone else in the company.وهذا المقعد هو النقطة التي يلتقي عندها كل ذلك. كل سؤال من عميل، وكل طلب مساعدة، وكل مشكلة في عملية دفع أو تحويل، يصل إليك أولاً، وتتولاه حتى يُحل. ويعتمد عليك الفريق الميداني في كل ما لا يستطيع إنجازه وهو خارج المكتب، وتقصدك بقية أقسام الشركة في كل ما يتعلق بالعملاء. وفوق ذلك تجري مكالمات صادرة لإيجاد أعمال جديدة وتحويل الجيد منها للفريق الميداني. ستتحدث في أسبوع واحد مع عدد من عملائنا أكبر مما يتحدث معه أي شخص آخر في الشركة.

What you will doما ستقوم به
  • Be the first point of contact for clients: answer everything that comes in by phone, email, WhatsApp or social, and answer it quicklyأن تكون نقطة الاتصال الأولى للعملاء: الرد على كل ما يرد عبر الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب أو وسائل التواصل، والرد بسرعة
  • Own each client issue from the first message to the resolution, and keep the client informed the whole wayتولّي كل مشكلة عميل من أول رسالة حتى الحل، وإبقاء العميل على اطلاع طوال الطريق
  • Be the point of contact for the sales team and the rest of the company on anything client facing, and get answers out of whoever holds themأن تكون نقطة الاتصال لفريق المبيعات ولبقية أقسام الشركة في كل ما يخص العملاء، واستخراج الإجابات ممن يملكها
  • Coordinate equipment delivery and account access, and keep the status lists currentتنسيق تسليم الأجهزة وفتح صلاحيات الحسابات، وتحديث قوائم الحالة أولاً بأول
  • Check applications for completeness before they move on, and chase whatever is missingمراجعة اكتمال الطلبات قبل انتقالها للمرحلة التالية، ومتابعة كل ناقص
  • Make outbound calls each day to businesses you have researched, and pass the qualified ones to the field teamإجراء مكالمات صادرة يومياً لأنشطة تجارية قمت بالبحث عنها، وتحويل المؤهل منها للفريق الميداني
  • Call existing clients regularly to check that they are happy and to offer what else we can doالاتصال بالعملاء الحاليين بانتظام للاطمئنان على رضاهم وعرض ما يمكننا تقديمه إضافةً لذلك
  • Report your activity and your results at the end of each working dayرفع تقرير بنشاطك ونتائجك في نهاية كل يوم عمل
What we are looking forما نبحث عنه
  • Customer service, support, call centre or telesales experienceخبرة في خدمة العملاء أو الدعم أو مراكز الاتصال أو البيع الهاتفي
  • You can hold a business conversation in Arabic and in Englishالقدرة على إدارة محادثة عمل بالعربية والإنجليزية
  • Patient and clear with a client who is frustrated, and persistent with a colleague who is slow to answerالصبر والوضوح مع العميل المستاء، والإلحاح المهذب مع الزميل البطيء في الرد
  • Comfortable being the person everyone calls, and organized enough that nothing gets droppedالارتياح لكونك الشخص الذي يتصل به الجميع، والتنظيم الكافي لئلا يسقط أي طلب
  • Accurate with documents and with written recordsالدقة في المستندات والسجلات المكتوبة
  • Comfortable with a daily call target and with your activity being measuredالتعامل بارتياح مع هدف يومي للمكالمات ومع قياس نشاطك
  • Qatar residency with a transferable visa or an NOCإقامة قطرية قابلة للنقل أو شهادة عدم ممانعة
